Your privacy, and the security and privacy of your information, is important to us - any personal information that you volunteer to Briery Gap Cultural Centre will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from May 25th, 2018.

Privacy Policy

  1. In order to use this site effectively and receive our email newsletter, you will be asked for information when you register with us. We will require, amongst other things, your name and email address.
  1. No information provided will be divulged to any other third party, unless we receive your prior authorisation and/or we are required to do so by law.

Legal basis - we receive and process your data on the basis of consent, for the purposes of contacting you with festival news, the purchasing and distribution of tickets, and improving the user experience of our website. Data is gathered exclusively on an opt-in basis, and your consent for such gathering can be removed at any point.
  1. We collate information on all our Website traffic that is represented in aggregate format through cookies. On visiting our site, a pop-up window appears regarding consent for the use of these cookies - you can disable cookies through your browser settings, as required. We use third parties such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to collect user information, including through the use of cookies (flash and non-flash). They help us to improve our Website and to deliver many of the functions that make your browser experience more user friendly.
